As project manager, he is responsible for looking after the talents who live on the TalentOrange Campus. He is the first point of contact for them, always willing to listen and provides help with worries and problems. He also organises everything that makes it easier for them to arrive and feel at home - from picking them up at the airport to joint excursions. With his even-tempered and patient manner, he is just the right person to facilitate and support the arrival on campus and in Germany.
After his studies, the trained DaF teacher first taught integration and university courses in Germany before moving to Thailand. There he worked at the Goethe-Institut in Bangkok. Initially he worked as a language teacher, later he not only led the pre-integration project - which aims to prepare people for everyday and professional life in Germany - but was also in charge of special courses and company courses.
"Rabbit Whisperer". Crossed ear tips, hitting hooks, thumping on the floor... Felix knows what that means. He is not only an expert in the German language, but also speaks the language of rabbits.
