Selected candidates are referred to as Talents within our company. As a Talent you are a participant of the TalentOrange program [20-38 years].

You have successfully completed or are about to complete a university degree in Surgical Assistance
You have gathered first work experience (not administrative) – as part of your studies
You want to gain at least two years of professional experience in Germany
You speak English at an intermediate level (reason: we conduct the interviews with you in English)
You are open to discover another country and culture and to learn German intensively
You love your profession and enjoy working as a surgical assistant
You are hard-working, dedicated and a true team player
You are already in Germany and have a university degree as a nurse, surgical assistant, midwife, MTRA, physician from your home country, but you still need support with linguistics, training or organizational matters? Apply now online.
