TalentOrange program for educators

Selected candidates are referred to as Talents within our company. As a Talent you are a participant of the TalentOrange program. It includes the following services (completely free of charge for you):

7-11-months intensive language course for German to B2 (hybrid course: online & offline)
Transfer from your home country to Germany
Full-time employment in a daycare in Germany
Preparation for the recognition of your degree in Germany
Valuable experience (professional and interpersonal)
Personal support during the entire administrative process (work visa, certificates, health insurance, registration) and beyond:
Organization of accommodation, bank account, orientation in the new environment, information and integration into social life

These are the requirements for you as a professional in prechildhood education to become a Talent:

You love your work as a pedagogical professional in early childhood / prechildhood education
You are sympathetic, hard-working, committed and have a strong team spirit
You have a successfully completed university degree in early childhood education
As part of your studies, you have already gained initial professional experience as an educator in nurseries
You want to gain at least two years of professional experience in Germany
You speak English or French at an intermediate level (reason: the interviews are conducted in English / French)
You are open to discover another country and culture and to learn German intensively
