To find the most motivated, passionate and promising Talents for you, we travel around the world: in addition to Germany, we are now active in over 16 countries.
In 2012, we began recruiting nursing staff for German clinics in Spain and Italy. Since 2015, we have been recruiting mainly from third countries. Today, we are active in Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, Mexico, Chile, Peru, Ecuador, Laos, Vietnam, China, India, Namibia, Tunisia, Morocco, Indonesia and Myanmar. Healthcare professionals from all of these countries apply for the TalentOrange programme, and we have established our own language schools in India, Colombia and Brazil.
Since 2020, we have also been offering the TalentOrange programme for educators. We have already successfully integrated educators from Peru, Chile, Colombia, Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Ecuador and Namibia into German daycare centres.
Since 2021, school leavers from abroad have been able to complete the generalist nursing training programme at the TalentOrange campus. This is a promising opportunity for young people with good school-leaving qualifications from Latin America, Morocco, Tunisia, India, Indonesia, Nepal, Mongolia, Syria and other countries.
