The TalentOrange Talents are exclusively highly qualified graduates from the world's most renowned universities. Although they are highly qualified, the language is one of the biggest hurdles for the Talents. It is a guarantee for successful and sustainable integration - both privately and professionally. And what's more: due to shift work, the Talents cannot attend regular language courses in Germany and there is also a considerable lack of suitable material for real hospital language.
For us, this means that our Talents should be able to continue to develop their language skills after integration. This requires an application that is optimally tailored to their needs in everyday hospital life.
Together with specialists, we developed a didactic concept and tested our findings in a clinical environment. The result: our own TalentOrange App for technical language in healthcare. It has five constellations (patient rooms, ward rooms, specialist wards, consiliary services, break room, patient cases), 25 scenes with over 500 technical terms and over 160 specialist discourses. Healthcare professioanls can thus access learning content flexibly and independently of time and location, learn real hospital language and integrate themselves perfectly into their individual daily routines.
As part of TalentOrange's professional concept of "technical language in healthcare", the language of health, the entire spectrum of complex communication situations is covered. The integrated healthcare professionals are thus constantly training themselves and developing in a way that is profitable for your clinic.
Over 800 people regularly use the TalentOrange App for technical language in healthcare. Around 600 questions per week are answered in the app and the number is growing steadily.
