400 arrivals in 2024

The year 2024 consisted of many ‘firsts’ for us - even though our company has been around since 2012: We succeeded in recognising new professional groups in the healthcare sector, new employers commissioned us and we opened up new countries of origin. For example, for the first time we have recruited nursing trainees not only for our own nursing school, but also for the University Hospital Schleswig-Holstein. For the first time, we have placed nursery teachers not only in Hesse, but also in North Rhine-Westphalia and Baden-Württemberg. Professional recognition is now also working well in these two federal states. For the first time, we worked for a church-run daycare centre provider that was able to recruit nursery teachers with our help. For the first time, we placed physiotherapists with medical practices. For the first time, we welcomed a group of carers from Myanmar. For the first time, we handled only the pre-entry administrative process (pre-approval/visa) for a client. We started language courses in China for the first time. We launched a project to recruit paediatric nurses from Brazil. For the first time, our nursing school held its final examination after the three-year training programme. Our trainees were extremely successful and all achieved good and very good grades. For the first time, our nursing school held a knowledge test course directly at the customer's premises. The teachers took it in turns to travel to the Lahn-Dill clinics in Wetzlar. This was easier than if the entire group of international nursing staff had had to travel to our campus in Neu-Isenburg every day for three weeks. We founded the Bundesverband internationale Fachkräftegewinnung together with other industry representatives. The founding members elected our Managing Director Dr Tilman Frank as Chairman.

And the most important thing: we successfully organised the arrival of 400 skilled workers - that stands for continuous growth. Having reached these milestones under our own steam as a medium-sized company makes us proud and confident. The sluggish adoption of the hospital reform in the second half of the year was difficult, making it more difficult for many employers to plan their personnel. We sensed this in many conversations. We would like to thank our customers, who continue to place their trust in us!

This diversity shows that our expertise is valued throughout Germany. A particular focus for us in 2024 was on recruiting other professional groups in the healthcare sector, beyond nursing staff - because there is also a great demand from employers in this area. We have included young people from the following specialist areas in our programme in the countries of origin and are now providing them with language training

  • Physiotherapists: Employment in both clinics and surgeries
  • Occupational therapists: Employment in clinics, long-term care, rehabilitation and therapy centres
  • Operating theatre assistants (OTA): Specialists for operating theatres to maintain the quality of care
  • Medical-technical radiology assistants (MTRA): Experts in radiological diagnostics and therapy

We are looking for suitable employers for these well-trained talents. Let's start the year 2025 with vigour and new ideas! We look forward to your feedback. Because you spur us on to keep expanding our services.
