Free Democratic Party visit TalentOrange Campus

We are delighted about the interest in our work: René Rock, leader of the FDP parliamentary group in the Hessian state parliament, visited our campus with other politicians from his party on November 21, 2022. They wanted to know more about how we recruit skilled workers abroad, how we train them in languages and how we promote their integration in Germany. They were particularly interested in our focus on education: Rock (first from the right in the picture) is the spokesperson for early childhood education in his parliamentary group. FDP local chairman of Neu-Isenburg Michael Seibt, district councillor Susann Guber and Neu-Isenburg's Head of Digitalization Andreas Frache (from left to right) know from their local political experience how difficult it is to find trained nursery school teachers.

Rock said that the shortage of skilled workers in Germany could only be remedied "if we promote the targeted immigration of skilled workers in addition to attractive professional conditions". In addition, the official path must become more efficient with better digitalization. TalentOrange Managing Director Dr. Tilman Frank (second from right) had previously explained how long it often takes to receive decisions from the authorities and visas.

Rock reiterated his party's call for a central Hessian foreigners authority to speed up procedures and separate the targeted immigration of skilled workers from the issue of asylum. At the moment, the local authorities' immigration offices were completely overloaded. The FDP will continue to push the issue of qualified immigration and international recruitment in the state parliament: "TalentOrange's approach is exemplary here."
