A solution against the shortage of trainees

There is a shortage of trainees everywhere in Germany - not only in the care sector, but also in the skilled trades and industry. There are not enough qualified applicants from within Germany. This is because the cohorts of school leavers in Germany are getting smaller.

As a result, more than 220,000 training positions remain unfilled every year. Due to the lack of young talent, orders cannot be accepted and the workforce is getting older. In addition, trainees from Germany often drop out of training due to a lack of motivation or low motivation.

Young people from abroad, on the other hand, see an apprenticeship in a company in Germany as the opportunity of a lifetime. In their home country, the alternative would be to start a degree course, which costs high fees and yet offers no secure job prospects. Apprenticeships in Germany, on the other hand, offer the prospect of long-term, interesting and well-paid employment.

Motivated and well-prepared trainees from abroad can fill the gaps left by German school leavers. At TalentOrange, we already have experience in preparing school leavers from abroad for training in the care sector in Germany. Together with interested employers, we are now also tapping into the potential of foreign school leavers for professions in the skilled trades and industry.

In a multi-stage assessment, we select suitable young people for the relevant industrial or skilled trade occupation. We check the personal aptitude, intellectual requirements and high motivation of the applicants. We teach German as a foreign language up to level B2 in an intensive course so that the future trainees can communicate well at vocational school and in the company.

We ensure that school-leaving qualifications from abroad are recognized by German education authorities and ensure that they arrive on time for the start of training. If you wish, we can find you an apartment near the training company. We take care of all administrative matters.
