How Tilman Frank drives TalentOrange forward:
He founded the company in 2012. He firmly believes that success depends on selecting the right people for the journey to Germany. This mindset results in very positive feedback from both clients and talents and forms the basis for TalentOrange’s growth. He is also driven by the determination to find a solution to every problem that skilled professionals may encounter on their path to Germany. To this end, in 2024 he co-founded the Bundesverband internationale Fachkräftegewinnung (bvifg) , of which he is the Chairman.
His path to TalentOrange:
He initially moved from his medical specialist career to McKinsey. He later founded his own company.
His hidden talent:
A true talent in the kitchen. Specialty: macarons.
