He founded the company in 2012. He is convinced that success depends on selecting the right people for the journey to Germany. This mindset leads to very positive feedback from both clients and talents and forms the basis for TalentOrange’s steady growth. In conversations with talents and employers alike, his genuine interest in the other person helps him connect. He is also driven by the ambition to always find the best solution for a complex challenge—for example, we continuously improve our talents’ language training.

He initially moved from his medical specialist career to McKinsey. He later founded his own company.

A true talent in the kitchen. Specialty: macarons.
