400 arrivals in 2024

For us, 2024 was a year of many “firsts” — even though our company has been around since 2012: We are achieving recognition for new professional groups in the healthcare sector, new employers are commissioning us, and we are opening up new countries of origin. For example, for the first time we recruited Nursing apprentices not only for our own nursing school, but also for University Medical Center Schleswig-Holstein. For the first time, we placed early childhood educators not only in Hesse, but also in North Rhine-Westphalia and Baden-Württemberg. In these two federal states as well, professional recognition is now working well. For the first time, we worked for a church-run daycare provider (Kita) that was able to hire early childhood educators with our support. For the first time, we placed physiotherapists with private practices. For the first time, we welcomed a group of nursing professionals from Myanmar. For the first time, for one client we handled only the administrative process prior to entry (pre-approval / visa). For the first time, we launched language courses in China. We initiated a project to recruit pediatric nurses from Brazil. For the first time, our nursing school administered the final examination after the three-year training program. Our trainees were exceptionally successful and all achieved good and very good grades. For the first time, our nursing school delivered a knowledge test preparatory course directly on a client’s site. To do so, the female teachers took turns traveling to the Lahn-Dill-Klinken in Wetzlar. This was easier than having the entire group of international nursing professionals travel daily to our campus in Neu-Isenburg for three weeks. Together with other industry representatives, we founded the Bundesverband internationale Fachkräftegewinnung e.V. . The founding members elected our Managing Director, Dr. Tilman Frank, as Chair.
And most importantly: We successfully organized the arrival of 400 professionals — a sign of continuous growth. Achieving these milestones through our own efforts as a mid-sized company makes us proud and confident. The hospital reform, which was passed only slowly in the second half of the year, made workforce planning more difficult for many employers. We sensed this in many conversations. We would like to express our sincere thanks to our clients, who continue to place their trust in us time and again!

This diversity shows that our expertise is valued throughout Germany. In 2024, a particular focus for us was the recruitment of additional professional groups in the healthcare sector beyond nursing professionals — because employers also have a strong need here. In the countries of origin, we have admitted young people from the following fields into our program and are now providing them with language training:
- Physiotherapists: placements in both hospitals and private practices
- Occupational therapists: placements in hospitals, long-term care, rehabilitation and therapy facilities
- Operating theatre assistants (OTA): professionals for ORs to maintain quality of care
- Medical-technical radiology assistants (MTRA): experts in radiological diagnostics and therapy
For these well-trained talents, we are looking for suitable employers. Let’s start 2025 with momentum and new ideas! We look forward to hearing from you. After all, you motivate us to keep expanding our services.
