We support you in your search for skilled professionals and apprentices.
Each year, we carefully select around 400 highly motivated, very well-trained healthcare professionals and early childhood educators from Latin America, Asia, and Africa in personal interviews. They receive a full-time scholarship to learn German up to the B2 language certificate. This allows them to fully focus on learning. All our language courses take place in person with experienced teachers of "German as a foreign language". All talents receive pronunciation training from native speakers and, if needed, individual tutoring. Our language schools abroad and our language school in Neu-Isenburg follow the same concept.
During the 7-10 month course, we take care of the entry formalities, find an apartment/shared flat, and finally arrange flights and transfers. We provide everything from a single source with experienced, well-trained staff.
We conduct interviews with employers as soon as the talent has reached language level A2. If there is still time between the language exam and entry to Germany, we further develop the talents’ language skills with additional course modules. We have been active in this field since 2012 and to date have supported more than 3,600 international skilled professionals through to the full recognition of their professional qualification in Germany.
We hold the quality seal "Fair Recruitment Healthcare Germany" and are involved in the "Gütegemeinschaft Anwerbung und Vermittlung von Pflegekräften aus dem Ausland e. V." in further developing the quality criteria for fair recruitment. In 2024, we co-founded the Bundesverband internationale Fachkräftegewinnung e.V. whose Chairman of the Board is Dr. Tilman Frank.
