Working in Germany as a Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist – with visa, professional recognition, and work permit
We are looking for you!
Are you interested in a long-term, secure job? A position where you can focus on treating your patients? Germany is short of more than 100,000 physiotherapists and occupational therapists. The shortage is particularly pressing because society is aging, and many people require rehabilitation, prevention, and therapy. Many patients come from other countries, so additional languages are very useful. You are welcome!
Working in Germany as a Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist with professional recognition and a permanent employment contract
This is what makes working in Germany attractive:
With our free-of-charge program, you can come to Germany via a safe and reliable pathway. Here, you can continue your career in a clinic or a modern practice. Requirements are good grades, strong motivation, and the willingness to focus entirely on learning German for seven months. We take care of everything else for you. You will benefit from these advantages in Germany:

38.5 hours per week.
Your weekly working hours are capped. This is what the unions negotiated. That way, you have time to rest, do sports, and meet friends. If you want to open your own practice later on, you will work more hours.

Good salary.
After recognition, you earn €2,800 to €3,100 gross per month. With professional experience, you can earn €3,600 gross per month. Later, you can open your own practice and earn more.

Six weeks of vacation.
As an employed therapist, you receive 30 days of paid vacation per year. With your visa, you can easily travel around Europe or visit your family.

Continuing education.
You can take part in continuing education courses, for example in manual therapy, fascia training, or lymphatic drainage. Some are paid for by your employer; others you pay for yourself.

We follow the Employer Pays principle. This means: your language course is free of charge for you because your future employer pays for it. This applies to all our services. We only ask one thing of you: your full focus and attention on learning German. This is demanding enough, we think. Here you can find out what "fair recruitment" means:
