Working in Germany as an Early Childhood Educator with professional recognition and a permanent employment contract

We’re looking for you!

Are you interested in standing on your own two feet professionally and becoming financially independent? Would you like to work in a permanent position with good working conditions in your dream job? Germany is facing a shortage of Early Childhood Educators. At the same time, more and more parents want childcare for their children starting from the age of one. In youth welfare services, Social Educators or Social Workers are needed to provide care in residential groups. Many children and their families come from other countries, which makes additional native languages very valuable. You are welcome!

Working in Germany as an Early Childhood Educator, Social Educator, or Social Worker with professional recognition and a permanent employment contract

This is what makes working in Germany attractive:

With our free program designed for you, you can come to Germany via a secure pathway. Here, you can continue your career as an Early Childhood Educator in a daycare centre (1-6 years) or an after-school care centre (6-10 years). In youth welfare services, Social Educators or Social Workers are in demand. The requirements are good grades, strong motivation, and the willingness to focus entirely on learning German for seven months. We take care of everything else for you. You will benefit from these advantages in Germany:

  • 38.5 hours per week.
Your weekly working hours are capped. This is set out in the collective bargaining agreement negotiated by the trade unions. This gives you time to rest, exercise, and spend time with friends.
  • Good salary.
After recognition, you earn €2,700 to €3,300 gross per month. With professional experience, you can earn €3,600 to €4,500 gross per month, and as a facility manager even more.
  • Six weeks of vacation.
As an employed educator or social worker, you receive 30 days of paid vacation per year. With your visa, you can easily travel around Europe or visit your family.
  • Break times and continuing education.
You can take regular breaks. You can also take part in continuing education courses, which are usually paid for by your employer.
