With our free-of-charge program, you can make your way to Germany safely. Here, you can continue your career in a large hospital or a modern practice. The prerequisites are good and very good grades in your studies, high motivation, and the willingness to focus entirely on learning German for seven to eleven months. We will take care of everything else for you. You will benefit from these advantages in Germany:

  • 38.5 hours per week.
    Your weekly working hours are capped. This is what the trade unions negotiated. This gives you time to rest, do sports, and spend time with friends.
  • Good salary.
    After recognition, you earn €3,200 to €3,500 gross per month. As you gain professional experience, you can earn up to €4,500 gross per month.
  • Six weeks of vacation.
    You receive 30 days of paid vacation per year. With your visa, you can conveniently travel around Europe or visit your family.
  • Shift allowances.
    For night and weekend shifts, you receive allowances that significantly increase your salary, as well as time off in lieu.

Who can take part in the TalentOrange Program?

Our Program is aimed at skilled professionals from abroad who are seeking qualified full-time employment in Germany in the profession they trained for. We support you step by step on your journey. You can take part if you have at least a Bachelor’s degree in one of the following professions:

  • Nurse
  • Midwife
  • Surgical Assistant
  • Medical Laboratory Technologist
  • Radiological Technologist
  • Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist
  • Early Childhood Educator
  • Social (Education) Worker

In Germany, there are many opportunities for you as a qualified nurse to continue your career. Most further training is paid for by your employer. Generally, you can continue working in the hospital while attending courses and training. Here are just a few options:

  • Advanced Rraining to become a Ward Manager
  • Advanced Training to become a Clinical Instructor in Nursing
