Remedial Therapists from abroad with B2 German and professional recognition

You are looking for Remedial Therapists for your team.

The shortage of skilled professionals in nursing and education professions is growing. Special needs care (Remedial Therapy) is particularly affected. This is because providing care for people with mental or physical disabilities in shift work requires exceptional dedication, professionalism, and commitment. In other countries, there are young people who complete their degree in Heilerziehungspflege and then search in vain for a suitable position. Thanks to our long-standing contacts with universities abroad, we can select the most talented and motivated graduates for you. We introduce them to you in online interviews.

From selection to professional recognition.

Our services.

With TalentOrange, you receive everything from a single source. We do not rely on agencies abroad to “provide” us with CVs. For us, every skilled professional we accept into our programme is a talent whom we support with appreciation and personal commitment.

We travel in person to the countries of origin and, through in-depth interviews, select the best skilled professionals for our program. The candidates must convince us both professionally and personally. Ultimately, we choose young people with a clear motivation to live in Germany long term. They want to develop professionally and personally and give their lives a new direction.

We fund a full-time intensive German course for our talents: six hours a day, five days a week. So they can fully focus on learning, we provide them with a scholarship. All teachers hold a university degree in “German as a Foreign Language”. We provide regular professional development for our teachers. We have also established close quality monitoring at our partner schools. We offer pronunciation training and, if needed, individual tutoring.

After you have issued the job offer, we either apply for the official assessment notice ("Defizitbescheid"); on that basis, we then take care of labour market approval and the visa. Alternatively, we take a shortcut and use the "Anerkennungspartnerschaft" instrument. This enables skilled professionals to enter Germany faster. They can already start onboarding while the notice is still being issued. We have had very positive experiences with this approach.

During the German course, we already begin intercultural preparation for our talents. Shortly before their arrival, we prepare the receiving teams in a workshop. If desired, we will find accommodation for your talents. We pick them up at the airport and take care of registration at the Bürgeramt, the SIM card, the bank account, and health insurance. In our online office hours, we clarify any open questions. Our alumni community also provides support. This makes the start easy.

All professionals hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in their field; some also have a Master’s degree or an additional specialization, for example in pediatric nursing. We have reviewed all qualifications to ensure that they are eligible for recognition in Germany. Immediately after receiving the hiring confirmation, we initiate the professional recognition process with the competent authority in your federal state. Of interest to healthcare employers: In Hesse, we offer knowledge test preparatory courses at our Nursing School and administer the exam.
