Uta Rasche
Head of Public Relations & Public Affairs

How Uta Rasche helps move TalentOrange forward:
Uta is the main point of contact for journalists and serves as a link to political representatives. With strong arguments, she places the issue of the skilled labor shortage exactly where it needs to be heard. She planned and implemented the relaunch of our website, oversees internal communications, and keeps a close eye on all our social media channels. Uta is actively involved in the Quality Association for the Recruitment and Placement of Nursing Professionals from Abroad and has played a key role in establishing the Federal Association for International Skilled Labor Recruitment.
Her path to TalentOrange:
After studying History, Political Science, and Journalism, Uta worked as an editor for the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung and the Frankfurter Allgemeine Sonntagszeitung. Since then, migration, integration, and demography have been at the heart of her work. A period in development cooperation led her to the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, where she managed a government-commissioned project on skilled labor migration. Today, she brings her experience and network to TalentOrange.
Her hidden talent:
Uta loves being active - preferably outdoors: swimming, hiking, and cycling.
