He ensures the full operational functioning of the school and supports project management by communicating with our talents, organizing their documents, scheduling appointments with project managers, and preparing interviews. With his strong commitment to helping others, he truly is the heart and soul of our school.
Before joining TalentOrange, Udesh built a career of more than 15 years in Food and Beverage Management, working at several 5-star hotels in South India, including Taj Hotels and Poovar Island Resort. He holds a BBA in Hotel Management, a degree in Tourism, and a Diploma in Cooking and Food Safety Management.
Udesh is a passionate cook, especially skilled in South Indian cuisine. He also enjoys managing events and is known for creating outstanding cocktails. His strong commitment to helping others sets him apart both professionally and personally. Driving is another of his passions, reflecting his ability to handle stress calmly and effectively. To recharge, he finds peace and relaxation in gardening.
