How Dr. Tong Ren drives TalentOrange forward:
She increases awareness of our TalentOrange program among graduates of renowned nursing universities across Asia. In doing so, she serves as the first point of contact for cooperation partners in China and India, while also overseeing support for our talents from Vietnam and Thailand. As a passionate coder, she also optimizes the functionality of our talent database.
Her path to TalentOrange:
Before joining TalentOrange, she made a significant contribution to the success of Lysoform Dr. Hans Rosemann GmbH in her adopted home of Berlin by leading the expansion of its sales network. As a lecturer in German language and literature at Zhong Shan (Sun Yat-Sen) University in Guangzhou, she also broadened her horizons both interculturally and linguistically. This concentrated expertise is now being put to work at TalentOrange.
Her hidden talent:
The focus of a Buddha also helps her at table tennis.
