As our second Managing Director, Thomas is the numbers guy. He makes sure we don’t lose sight of our direction in the day-to-day work of a growing company. Setting the course, making adjustments, hoisting additional sails: that’s second nature to this passionate sailor, who enjoys being out on the Baltic Sea just as much as in the Aegean. Organizational talent and a sense of humor help, too.
His path to TalentOrange:
After completing a banking apprenticeship and studying Business Administration in Berlin, Thomas earned an MBA in the USA. Among other roles, he worked as a consultant at McKinsey, was employed at BHF Bank in Frankfurt, became a partner at the management consultancy zeb, and founded his own consulting company.
His hidden talent:
In his private life, he loves scuba diving, playing golf, and taking on DIY projects.
