How Thalita Guarino helps TalentOrange move forward:
As a project assistant, Thalita provides valuable support to our project managers. Her main focus is on raising the profile of our program in Brazil. In doing so, we aim to attract additional potential cooperation partners—such as universities—as well as talents to TalentOrange and win them over. In addition, Thalita reviews incoming applications, takes part in selection interviews, and oversees our courses in Brazil. She works closely with Camilla Carrara.
Her journey to TalentOrange:
Thalita is both a trained nurse and a former Talent. Shortly after completing her degree in Nursing at the Universidade Federal Fluminense in Brazil, she applied to join us – successfully! After participating in the TalentOrange program, she went on to work for five exciting years at Münster University Hospital. Now she has returned to Brazil – and to TalentOrange. A true stroke of luck for us, as Thalita brings outstanding expertise and remarkable drive to the table.
Her hidden talent:
Needle, thread, paper—Thalita is skilled with her hands and creates unique gifts for friends and family through knitting, crocheting, and origami folding.
