How Sonja Zorbanou-Schröter helps drive TalentOrange forward:
Sonja is the Deputy Head of our nursing school. She teaches our international trainees across the various nursing subjects, administers knowledge exams, and ensures smooth day-to-day operations. Because Sonja herself immigrated from Greece to Germany at the start of her career, she knows exactly what challenges our trainees need to overcome as they begin their professional journey.
Her journey to TalentOrange:
Sonja has dedicated her entire professional life to nursing. She is a specialist nurse in intensive care and anaesthesia nursing and worked for many years in the intensive care unit as a practice instructor and integration officer. She studied vocational pedagogy for nursing and healthcare professions in Frankfurt and led the specialist advanced training programme in intensive care and anaesthesia nursing at a nursing school. In addition, she is a trainer for team development and integration. She now passes on all of this experience to our trainees.
Her hidden talent:
Sonja also creates harmony in her private life: she loves playing the piano and is passionate about music.
