How Sara Jaramillo helps TalentOrange move forward:
Learning languages is a real passion for her: As a native Colombian, she is fluent not only in Spanish but also in German, English, and French, plus her favourite language, Italian. Teaching languages is what makes her happy: She thrives in her role at the TalentOrange language school, where she successfully teaches our talents from German A1 to B2. In addition, she serves as Head of Department at the TalentOrange language school in Trivandrum, which enables her to contribute her knowledge and experience at an organisational level as well and to continuously improve the quality of teaching.
Her path to TalentOrange:
After attending a German school in Colombia and taking part in a host family exchange in Stralsund, it wasn’t long before she decided to pursue her studies in Germany as well, enrolling in Romance Studies. Following her master’s degree in German as a Foreign Language, she worked as a lecturer for Spanish, Italian, and German at the Language Center of Philipps-Universität Marburg and as an interpreter at trade fairs in Frankfurt. Eventually, she found her way to TalentOrange in the vibrant city on the River Main.
Her hidden talent:
Coffee and cake gatherings (“Kaffeeklatsch”) – what she calls the most beautiful German tradition, which she celebrates whenever she finds time to bake.
