As COO of the Vietnam Language School, his primary focus is to ensure that TalentOrange Vietnam operates at the highest level in terms of efficiency and quality. Identifying external challenges, listening closely to the needs of team members, and continuously optimizing processes and services are key to making TalentOrange Vietnam a place where the dream of Vietnamese talents can come true.
His path to TalentOrange:
Quang graduated from the University of Education with a major in Physics. He began his professional career in the telecommunications industry. After completing advanced training programs in France, Sweden, and Japan, and earning an MBA from the University of Economics in Hue, he became CEO of VNPT Hue City, a member of the Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group (VNPT). During this time, he gained extensive experience in executive management and organizational leadership.
His hidden talent:
Quang has a strong passion for logical thinking and analytical problem-solving. He enjoys music, plays the guitar, and sings. He also likes playing table tennis, tennis, and, above all, golf.
