How Nadja Widder drives TalentOrange forward:
Nadja works as a certified teacher of German as a foreign language at our language school in Bogotá. She is the ideal fit for our talents: as a trained pediatric nurse and qualified healthcare manager, she can bring her experience from the German healthcare sector into her German lessons. She also knows what it feels like to learn a foreign language as a young adult. Nadja loves the Spanish language and understands how important it is to immerse yourself in the culture of your new country. That’s why she teaches her students local traditions as well as a few dialect words from her first home, Bavaria.
Her journey to TalentOrange:
Nadja worked for four years as a trained pediatric nurse and for another seven years as a healthcare manager with a municipal hospital provider. After completing further training as a DaF teacher, she made her dream come true and relocated to Colombia. Since then, she has been working as a language teacher in Colombia – a real stroke of luck for us.
Her hidden talent:
Nadja does digital and analog photography. She even took a multi-month course in Bogotá to expand her knowledge of photography.
