At TalentOrange, international recruiting and integration projects fall within her area of responsibility. She supports the planning and implementation of arrival days and also takes care of all administrative to-dos for our candidates.
Her path to TalentOrange:
Her talent for improvisation fueled her thirst for knowledge about foreign languages and cultures through study-abroad stays during her degree in “German Studies and French” in Bologna, Mainz, and Dijon, as well as through volunteer work in Ecuador with the NGO “Sedal – Servicio para el desarrollo alternativo". After a period working as a project associate in media monitoring, she ultimately joined TalentOrange.
Her hidden talent:
Size is no issue: even at 1.65 m, she’s a reliable asset on the volleyball court.
