How Melanie Moos drives TalentOrange forward:
As a language teacher and Talent Manager, Melanie is responsible for our candidates for whom the B2 exam is a particularly major challenge. She provides them with intensive support in exam preparation so they can begin their journey to Germany. Since she has spoken Spanish very well since her school days, she knows that learning languages takes a great deal of perseverance. Her students benefit from the fact that she is a patient person. She is convinced that diligence and motivation ultimately lead to success!
Her path to TalentOrange:
Melanie joined us directly from one of our partner language schools—the Alexander von Humboldt Institute in Medellín, Colombia. She had already fallen in love with Medellín, the “City of Eternal Spring,” during a research stay as part of her Master’s thesis. She completed her Master’s degree in “Cultural Encounters & Communication Studies” in Denmark after studying Linguistics and Spanish in Mainz. In Colombia, Melanie also expanded her qualifications with a university certificate in German as a Foreign Language. Today, she is back living in Germany and brings her intercultural experience and linguistic expertise to TalentOrange.
Her hidden talent:
Melanie has a real soft spot for Latin America. She knows almost all of South America from her own backpacking trips—for example, after completing her Bachelor’s degree, she traveled around the continent alone for seven and a half months. She also enjoys learning new tricks on her inline skates and likes spending time outdoors in nature.
