Leonie works as a talent manager and is responsible for our German language courses in Africa. She has already traveled to many African countries herself, including Kenya, Gambia, Tanzania, and Senegal. With her open and motivating personality, she brings people together and gets them moving as a team. This makes her a great asset to our team.
Leonie earned a bachelor's degree in Educational Science, followed by a master’s degree in Intercultural Communication and Education at the University of Cologne. Alongside her academic journey, she also worked for several years as a freelance event manager for corporate incentives. In that role, she demonstrated not only strong organizational skills but also the ability to inspire teams and create a sense of community – qualities she now brings to TalentOrange with great passion. That’s why we’re already looking forward to our upcoming events with Leonie’s creative input!
Leonie is not afraid of power tools – whether it's just hanging a lamp, painting a table, or installing a drywall partition, she tackles every DIY project with confidence. To stay active, she enjoys jogging, spinning classes, and trying out new sports like padel, climbing, or kayaking. To relax, Leonie loves board and card games, traveling, and reading.
