How Leonie Kaul helps drive TalentOrange forward:
As a Talent Manager, Leonie is responsible for our German courses in Africa. She has personally traveled to many African countries, including Kenya, The Gambia, Tanzania, and Senegal. With her open and motivating manner, she brings people together and gets them moving forward as a team. This makes her a real asset to our team.
Her path to TalentOrange:
Leonie earned a Bachelor’s degree in Educational Sciences and then completed a Master’s in “Intercultural Communication and Education” at the University of Cologne. Alongside her academic career, Leonie worked freelance for several years in event management for corporate incentives. There, she demonstrated not only strong organizational skills, but also the ability to inspire teams and build a sense of community—skills she now brings to TalentOrange with real passion. That’s why we’re already very much looking forward to our next events with Leonie’s ideas!
Her hidden talent:
Leonie isn’t afraid of a power drill: whether it’s “just” hanging a lamp, refinishing a table, or putting up a drywall partition—she takes on any DIY project. She also likes to push herself with jogging, Spinning classes, or by trying out new sports such as padel, climbing, or kayaking. To unwind, Leonie loves board and card games, traveling, and reading.
