How Khue Nguyen helps TalentOrange move forward:
Khue is a Talent Manager with a particular focus on the African region. In this role, she supports our talents and provides personal guidance throughout the entire process to make their entry into the German labor market as smooth as possible. She is responsible for organizing the required documents for professional recognition, labor market approval, and the visa. Her goal is to ensure our talents get off to a successful start in Germany and to support their long-term integration into society. In doing so, Khue works closely and cross-functionally with all departments.
Her journey to TalentOrange:
Khue successfully completed her degree in Social Work at Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences. Before joining us, she worked as a student research assistant at the Digital Learning and Teaching Center, where she focused on preparing accessible learning materials for students with disabilities. Her journey at TalentOrange began as an intern, followed by a working student role in project management, initially with a focus on the Asian region. Through her dedicated work, she has continuously developed and is now an important pillar of the team.
Her hidden talent:
After a meal, Khue never misses an opportunity to enjoy a delicious dessert. She loves getting creative in the kitchen and whipping up sweet treats. Her favorite thing is to invite friends over and delight them with her cooking and baking skills.
