How Karen Torres helps move TalentOrange forward:
Karen supports our candidates throughout our entire process. Among other things, she takes care of the work permit, airport pick-up, applying for the tax ID number, and the formalities surrounding professional recognition. This ensures that our talents can start their new chapter successfully and stress-free. She is an important point of contact for them. As a native Colombian, she primarily supports talents from her home country, who value her unwavering helpfulness, her cheerful energy, and her pragmatic hands-on mindset. Karen embodies interculturality and wants her work to contribute to better understanding between cultures.
Her path to TalentOrange:
After completing her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and two marketing internships in Colombia, she moved to Germany for her Master’s. She wrote her thesis at Klinikum Reutlingen on developing an intercultural internal communication strategy for German hospitals. During her research, she discovered TalentOrange and decided to apply to join us—with success!
Her hidden talent:
Dance endurance: While half an hour of exercise is already too much for Karen, she can dance all night long.
