Patience and attention to detail are her greatest strengths. With kindness and empathy, she helps our talents successfully navigate the bureaucratic process.
Her journey to TalentOrange:
Johana studied modern foreign languages at EAN University in Bogotá. She then worked at a telecommunications company, where she built a multilingual chat campaign, worked in sales, and handled customer inquiries. Later, she led the admissions team at a language school, which was responsible for student enrollment and organized their language trips to the USA and Europe.
Her hidden talent:
Johana has a talent for cooking. She loves baking and trying out new dessert recipes. In her free time, she also enjoys reading motivational books, doing yoga, and watching films.
