From entry preparation and organizing logistical aspects such as arrival and accommodation to follow-up support, he accompanies the entire process. With humor, empathy, and helpfulness, Jan creates the ideal conditions for a successful start and ensures that our talents feel welcome from day one.
His path to TalentOrange:
Before Jan joined TalentOrange, he worked in the media industry for four years: as a freelance cameraman, drone pilot, and sound assistant, he worked for various TV broadcasters and production companies. During and after the COVID period, he gained additional experience in retail.
His hidden talent:
In his free time, he loves spending sociable evenings with friends—whether playing chess, PC games, or board games. He also thrives when playing indoor football with his club teammates.
