Ingyin Zaw
Apprentice

How Ingyin Zaw supports TalentOrange:
Ingyin is doing an apprenticeship as an Office Management Clerk at Talent Orange. She originally comes from Myanmar. That’s why she is already a great support to our Asia team in project management. She is the only person on the team who speaks Burmese!
Her path to TalentOrange:
Ingyin began studying History (major) as well as Burmese and English (minors) in Myanmar. Due to the political situation there, she was unable to continue university after her second year. In Myanmar, Ingyin initially worked for a telecommunications company and later for a language and recruitment agency. This is how she discovered the topic of skilled labour migration. Through her work in Myanmar, she became aware of TalentOrange and ultimately applied for an apprenticeship in Germany.
Her hidden talent:
Ingyin has artistic talent: she is very good at photography and singing. What particularly sets her apart is her positive attitude – she is always in a good mood. You can see how diligent she is from the fact that she learned German really well in a very short time. In her free time, she loves travelling, reading comics, shopping, or going for walks.
