How Hans Wagner helps TalentOrange move forward:
Hans is the Managing Director of the TalentOrange language school in São Paulo. With his hands-on approach and creativity, he supported us in building up this location. Hans has 30 years of experience as a teacher and school principal in São Paulo and Berlin. This helps him align German and Brazilian needs and customs. Today, he serves as a bridge-builder between the two countries.
His path to TalentOrange:
After studying German Studies, Political Science and History at the University of Trier, he completed the preparatory service (Referendariat) for upper secondary school teachers (Gymnasium) in Hamburg. At the time, however, there were too few teaching positions in Germany. So he moved to Brazil to work at a German international school. Hans also started his family in Brazil. He is involved in a wide range of social projects; for example, he runs preparatory courses in English and German for young people from socially disadvantaged families, helping them pass the entrance exam for the vocational school at Colegio Humboldt.
His hidden talent:
In his free time, Hans cooks for friends and family.
