Farangiz Khasanova
Talent Manager

How Farangiz Khasanova helps TalentOrange move forward:
As a Talent Manager at TalentOrange, Farangiz supports talents on their path into the German labor market. Her day-to-day work is shaped by providing individual support to talents, tracking their learning progress, and holding regular check-ins and feedback sessions. Her goal is to offer each talent the best possible guidance and a sense of security—whether they are dealing with professional questions, language-related challenges, or navigating the application process. With empathy and experience, she helps them overcome hurdles and unlock new opportunities.
Her path to TalentOrange:
Her journey at TalentOrange began during her studies in “German as a Foreign Language: Cultural Mediation” in Berlin, where she worked as a student assistant tutoring learners. She enjoyed this work so much that, after graduating, she decided to move to Frankfurt to launch her career at TalentOrange. A formative experience was her semester abroad in Vienna, where she supported people with refugee and migration experience as a German teacher in the “Prosa – Projekt Schule für Alle!” program. There, she learned how to address language-related and professional challenges in a targeted way—experience she now draws on every day in her role as a Talent Manager.
Her hidden talent:
She brings her creative side to life through photography and videography. She particularly enjoys filming and editing videos, experimenting with new techniques, and telling stories through moving images.
