A native of Colombia, she serves as the first point of contact for our talents from all over the world. For example, she reviews incoming applications and answers any questions they may have. Even after candidates have been accepted into our program, she supports them with advice and hands-on assistance. She takes particular care of the talents arriving in Frankfurt am Main. She helps them with bureaucratic matters and even accompanies them on their first day at work. In addition, she regularly organizes an open consultation hour for newly arrived talents and offers introductory presentations about life in Germany. Fadwa is characterized by kindness, cheerfulness, and warmth. Even in the most challenging situations, she always keeps a smile on her face.
Her path to TalentOrange:
Before Fadwa joined TalentOrange, she had already supported numerous people on their professional journey to Germany. Her focus was on assisting physicians from Latin American countries. Fadwa helped them with their plans to immigrate to Germany, get their university degrees recognized, organize further training, and successfully integrate into the local labor market. Fadwa’s commitment has helped many people find their place in Germany’s professional world and begin a new chapter in life.
