How Ela Blettenberger helps drive TalentOrange forward:
As a licensed physician, Ela leads the MedCheck team at TalentOrange. Together with dedicated medical students, she ensures that all talents meet the medical requirements for entry into Germany and for working in community facilities and hospitals. To do so, they review vaccination status and serology and coordinate the necessary medical tests. They provide guidance on pre-existing conditions and remain in close contact with the talents.
Her path to TalentOrange:
Ela’s path has always been shaped by an international outlook: she attended bilingual schools (German-French, German-English) in Hamburg. She spent a year at a boarding school in England and later gained several international experiences during her studies – including in Istanbul and most recently in Copenhagen. She now lives there with her partner. She is currently learning Danish. Alongside her studies in human medicine in Rostock, she helped out in medical practices and worked at a hospital during semester breaks.
Her hidden talent:
Ela is open-minded, warm, and easy-going. She enjoys helping shape teams where people support one another and find solutions together. She loves water sports – especially fair-weather sailing.
