How Doris Westphal helps TalentOrange move forward:
With an open-minded manner, boundless motivation, and an infectious positive energy, she leads our state-recognised nursing school in Neu-Isenburg.
Her path to TalentOrange:
With a suitcase full of ideas and know-how from more than 25 years in nursing education, she arrived at the TalentOrange Campus. Previously, she worked as a freelance lecturer at renowned nursing schools throughout Germany. Thanks to her previous role as Deputy Head of the nursing school, she knows which tasks need to be tackled, how to inspire young people, and how to bring projects to a successful close. In the areas of training courses and the knowledge test, she has travelled extensively and gained valuable experience.
Her hidden talent:
As a passionate marathon runner, she always crosses the finish line.
