How Diana Yate helps move TalentOrange forward:
Diana is a Talent Manager and part of the Project Management team, and she also supports our language school. She accompanies candidates throughout our entire process and beyond. For example, she offers open office hours for talents who already live and work in Germany. At the language school, she supports our talents in passing the B2 exam. In her work, her friendly, straightforward, and trustworthy manner helps her greatly—and it is also highly valued by her colleagues. She is also known for her ability to find solutions in the most creative way.
Her path to TalentOrange:
Diana began her journey in Germany with a one-year au pair stay, during which she looked after twins who she grew very fond of. After successfully completing her au pair year, she attended a Studienkolleg to prepare for her studies in Germany. She then studied German Studies, specializing in linguistics, and chose Sociology and Political Science as minors. In addition, she volunteered at the Refugee Law Clinic (RLC) at Justus Liebig University Giessen, where she advised refugees on asylum and refugee law. Diana initially joined TalentOrange as a working student. With her wide-ranging experience and dedication, she is a great asset to our team.
Her hidden talent:
A talent for sound: Diana has mastered the double bass and conjures up beautifully resonant melodies from it.
