How Chi Vu helps drive TalentOrange forward:
As a Talent Manager, Chi primarily supports international talents from Asia and guides them on their path into the German labor market. She ensures that all required documents for professional recognition, labor market access, and the visa are prepared in full and correctly. In addition, Chi coordinates project processes, provides support when questions arise, and stays in close contact with the talents. As a key interface between them and the responsible authorities, she helps structure the integration process in a solution-oriented way.
Her path to TalentOrange:
Originally from Vietnam, Chi set out on her journey to Germany with great curiosity and determination. She completed a degree in Social Work at Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences. During her studies, she gained valuable experience as a student assistant in her university’s Quality Management department. Chi initially joined TalentOrange as an intern and later became a working student. Today, with her open and reliable manner, she brings all of her experience to her work with our talents.
Her hidden talent:
Digital culinary artist – because authentic Vietnamese food was hard to come by in her area, Chi started cooking herself. A TikTok video she posted sparked enthusiastic reactions and went viral—marking the starting point for her to now take others along on her culinary journey.
