As a Talent Manager, Chi primarily supports international talents from the Asian region on their journey into the German job market. She ensures that all necessary documents for professional recognition, labor market approval, and visa applications are complete and correctly prepared. In addition, Chi coordinates project workflows, provides assistance with questions, and stays closely connected with the talents. Acting as a key liaison between them and the relevant authorities, she helps shape the integration process in a structured and solution-oriented way.
Originally from Vietnam, Chi began her journey to Germany with curiosity and determination. She studied Social Work at the Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences. During her studies, she gained valuable experience working as a student assistant in her university’s quality management department. Chi first joined TalentOrange as an intern, later becoming a working student. Today, she brings her open and reliable nature—and all her experience—to her work with our talents.
Digital culinary artist - faced with the difficulty of finding authentic Vietnamese food in her area, Chi decided to pick up the spoon herself. After Chi accidentally uploaded one of her cooking videos to TikTok, she received an overwhelming number of positive feedbacks. Her video spread like wildfire, encouraging her to continue her culinary adventures on social media.
