How Carollyne Valle supports TalentOrange:
As a nursing educator, Carollyne teaches our international trainees. In addition, the native Brazilian wants to show our talents—through her own success story—that they too can continue to develop professionally in Germany. Alongside her expertise, she stands out for her cheerful and friendly manner.
Her journey to TalentOrange:
Drawing on her own experience as a “Talent,” Carollyne developed a strong desire to support our international candidates. After successfully completing her nursing degree in Rio de Janeiro, specializing in pediatrics and neonatology, she worked there for seven years. In 2018, she joined our program and moved to Germany that August. Following the recognition of her professional qualification, she gained valuable experience as a pediatric nurse in the pediatric cardiology department at Münster University Hospital. In February 2024, we had the pleasure of congratulating her on successfully completing her Master’s degree in Public Health at FOM University of Applied Sciences.
Her hidden talent:
In her free time, Carollyne lights up the dance floor. Dancing is her passion—especially samba.
