Originally from Colombia, Ana Luisa Porto knows the challenges of starting over abroad from first-hand experience. After completing her degree in International Human Resource Management in Germany, she moved to China with her family. She spent three years there and then lived with her family in the United States for more than two years. Before joining TalentOrange, she worked in the purchasing department of a Spanish company. Ana has two children and knows exactly how difficult it can be in Germany to find good childcare.

Her hidden talent:

She has a special talent for designing themed cakes – every detail is crafted with great care and creativity. She unwinds by dancing, reading, spending time at the beach, or enjoying sociable evenings with friends – preferably with good food and a cocktail in hand.
