As a Talent Manager, he supports candidates who have been accepted into the TalentOrange program. As a mentor and point of contact, he guides our talents on their journey to Germany and organizes everything required for a successful immigration process—from formalities related to professional recognition and work permits to arranging entry and accommodation, all the way through to administrative steps for successfully settling in Germany. Alán primarily supports talents from Brazil, who value his open-mindedness, empathy, and fun, easygoing manner. He also liaises between talents, authorities, and clients.
Alán first completed a Bachelor's degree in Law. After this initial degree, he worked as a judicial clerk and sworn translator at the courthouse, as well as an appointed lecturer in corporate law in Durango, Mexico. For his Master's degree in Political Science, he moved to Lüneburg. To do so, he had to pass the TestDaF-C1, which he mastered brilliantly on his first attempt. During his Master's studies, he completed an internship at the EU-Latin America and Caribbean Foundation (EU-LAC Foundation) in Hamburg.
Music! Alán plays guitar, piano, bass, ukulele, sings, and has also composed a few songs himself.
