Adrian is a Client Consultant in the early childhood education sector. As a father of two, he knows exactly where providers of childcare centres (Kitas) and after-school care (Horte) are struggling. He has experienced staffing shortages firsthand through reduced opening hours at his children’s Kita. He uses these insights to enthusiastically find suitable employers for our early childhood educators from abroad.
His path to TalentOrange:
Adrian originally trained as a carpenter. After his time working with the milling machine and hand plane, he first worked in furniture sales and later in sales for drilling and grinding machines.
His hidden talent:
His daughter says, “Dad is great at reading aloud.” We, his colleagues, enjoy seeing him in the office every morning in a consistently good mood.
