Three-year nursing training in Neu-Isenburg for young talents from Germany and abroad

How the TalentOrange nursing school works.

Since 2021, we have been successfully training nurses. Our apprentices come from 15 countries around the world—as well as from Germany. For everyone whose first language is not German, we offer extensive support: German lessons, excursions in the surrounding area, and advice for all aspects of daily life. Our apprentices can even live on our Campus—the rooms are located on the top two floors.

The nursing training takes three years. Our knowledge test courses, which take place in person, last four weeks.

What makes our nursing school different?

  • Strong team.
Our students grow into a strong team that supports one another. Everyone passes the exam with good or very good grades.
  • Integrated German lessons.
Two German teachers ensure that all apprentices and participants in our knowledge test courses are linguistically well prepared.
  • Individual support.
Our nursing educators have extensive experience with international apprentices. They can offer advice on many questions.
  • International atmosphere.
Our students come from many countries of origin. In the first year, they live together; friendships often develop.

Nursing training

Every October, young people from Germany and abroad start their three-year dual training program to become a nurse with us. The practical part takes place at nearby hospitals and care facilities.

Knowledge test courses

We offer knowledge test courses several times a year. In small groups, in person, including German training and professional nursing language. We also administer the exam—at the candidates’ employer.

Meet our nursing school team.

Nursing educators, assistants, and our campus manager—this is what our team at the nursing school in Neu-Isenburg consists of. The nursing school is headed by Doris Westphal. All of our teachers speak languages other than German fluently; some are native speakers. One of our teachers came to Germany herself as a Nurse through our program. After six years working in the intensive care unit of a university hospital, she completed a Master’s degree in nursing education—an inspiration for many of our talents. She conveys like no one else: with diligence and perseverance, almost any goal can be achieved.
