TalentOrange now also places anaesthetic technical assistants

TalentOrange is expanding its portfolio and is now also placing anaesthesia technical assistants (ATA) from Morocco, Tunisia and Vietnam.
In Germany, ATAs are healthcare professionals who support physicians and nursing staff in the field of anaesthesia. Their core responsibilities include preparing the workplace, assisting during general anaesthesia and sedation, post-procedure follow-up, and the precise documentation of all measures and vital parameters. ATAs work closely with anaesthetists and OR nursing staff to ensure patient safety and the quality of anaesthesia care.
Training to become an anaesthesia technical assistant in Morocco, Tunisia and Vietnam is a demanding process that requires solid education and practical experience. In Morocco and Tunisia, prospective anaesthesia technicians complete a three-year degree program that concludes with a diploma. In Vietnam, the program lasts four years and culminates in a Bachelor's degree. Core subjects include anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, anaesthesia technology, resuscitation and intensive care nursing. The training includes internships in the operating theatre, in the intensive care unit and in the resuscitation department, as well as classroom-based instruction. In total, the program comprises around 4000 hours in North Africa and around 4500 hours in Vietnam. Admission requirements for these programs include a science-focused high school diploma and passing an entrance examination organized by the Ministry of Health. In Tunisia, the required grade point average for admission to public universities is around 16 out of 20 points. In Vietnam, the threshold is comparably high at 24 out of 30 points. Training to become an anaesthesia technical assistant in these countries requires commitment, hard work and a passion for healthcare. Graduates play an important role in ensuring high-quality anaesthesia care and contribute to patient safety.
The shortage of qualified ATAs in Germany highlights the importance of recruiting and training professionals in this field. TalentOrange helps meet the demand for ATAs and ensure the quality of anaesthesia care in Germany. Placing ATAs from Morocco, Tunisia and Vietnam opens up new opportunities to address the shortage of skilled workers and improve care in the field of anaesthesia.
