To find motivated, high-performing young professionals for you, we travel all around the world. By now, we are active in 19 countries.
In 2012, we started in Spain and Italy to recruit Nursing Professionals for German hospitals. Since 2015, we have been recruiting mainly from third countries. Today, we are looking for young people with healthcare professions who are willing to migrate and have the required skills in Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, Mexico, Costa Rica, Chile, Peru, Bolivia, Ecuador, Vietnam, China, India, Namibia, Kenya, South Africa, Tunisia, Morocco, Bosnia and Myanmar.
Healthcare professionals from all of these countries apply for the TalentOrange Program. We have established our own language schools in India, Colombia and Brazil. The German branch of our language school is located at our campus in Neu-Isenburg near Frankfurt.
Since 2020, we have also been offering the TalentOrange Program for Early Childhood Educators. We have already successfully integrated female early childhood educators from Peru, Chile, Colombia, Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Ecuador and Namibia into German daycare centers.
Since 2021, we have been offering the Generalist Nursing Training at the TalentOrange Campus in Neu-Isenburg. This is a promising opportunity for young people from abroad with a good higher education entrance qualification as well as for school leavers from Germany. With us, they learn a profession with a future. Our nursing school offers four-week, in-person knowledge test preparatory courses for nursing professionals who still lack recognition of their professional qualification.

Rector of Hanoi Medical University
Hanoi Medical University has been working with TalentOrange since 2015. TalentOrange was the first agency to successfully bring nurses from Vietnam to Germany to obtain professional recognition. Since then, around 150 graduates of Hanoi Medical University have found their way to employers in Germany with the help of TalentOrange—among others to Sana Klinikum Offenbach, DRK Kliniken Berlin, and Klinikum Nordwest in Frankfurt. Most of them are still there. Many have since married in Germany. Some have pursued further training, e.g., in stroke treatment, geriatrics, palliative care, and wound care. Two of our alumni from Vietnam have completed a Master’s degree in nursing education. One is deputy head of a nursing school.
