• You are still studying, e.g., in the field of IT
• You work independently and reliably and are a problem-solver
• You take ownership of topics, drive projects forward, and see them through to completion
• You embrace teamwork, are highly committed, and want to make an impact
• You speak German (B2/C1) and English (B2/C1) very well, and possibly other languages as well

What tasks can you expect?

• You provide technical support and ensure the smooth operation of our Moodle learning platform
• You regularly run health checks on our systems and carry out the corresponding updates (plugins, Moodle releases, etc.)
• You handle second-level support and evaluate existing plugins (troubleshooting)
• You evaluate and optimize use cases for the learning management system
