Is this your profile?

• You are currently enrolled in a degree programme (e.g. Online/Video Journalism, Media Studies, Media Management, Sociology, Humanities, Business Administration with a focus on Marketing, or similar)
• You have experience in the concept development, production and editing of video content using common editing tools (e.g. CapCut, DaVinci, etc.) as well as confident skills with design software
• You have experience creating content and posts for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook or LinkedIn, and you can take photos and write varied copy
• You enjoy content creation, are creative and communicative, and proactively develop ideas and stories
• You work reliably, solution-oriented and independently; you are structured, dependable and think beyond your immediate scope
• You have very good German and English skills. Additional languages are an advantage (ideally Vietnamese)

What responsibilities can you expect?

• You create videos, image posts and text posts for our platforms and use AI tools for support when needed
• You approach young professionals from abroad, capture their success stories and handle community questions
• You jointly develop marketing messages and strategies and, if interested, independently manage an Instagram account
• You create content for B2C and B2B target groups and contribute your own creative ideas
