Is this your profile?
You are a positive person who enjoys working in a team and
- have experience in Content Marketing or an editorial environment (text, images, video)
- have a strong affinity for social media (especially LinkedIn) and are familiar with relevant platforms and formats
- have a keen sense for topics, storytelling and target-group-oriented communication
- enjoy getting up to speed on new topics and preparing complex content in a clear and accessible way
- ideally use AI tools for content creation or are open to developing further in this area
- speak German at native-speaker level and have very good English skills
- work in a structured, independent way and contribute creative ideas
- may have experience in a B2B context, with LinkedIn, or in video shooting and editing
- have completed a degree in communication, marketing, PR, journalism or a comparable field
What tasks can you expect?
- You will have the opportunity to actively help shape TalentOrange as a Thought Leader in the B2B space
- Researching topics and identifying relevant content for our target groups
- Creating and tailoring content for various channels and formats (e.g., website, white papers, newsletters, LinkedIn)
- Planning and implementing content along the Customer Journey
- Close coordination with Sales and Project Management to identify relevant topics
- Supporting the analysis and further development of our content performance

Our goal is to counter the shortage of skilled workers by combining various measures and leveraging our unique global network. In addition to our language schools for German as a foreign language in Germany and abroad, our nursing school in Neu-Isenburg is also part of our portfolio.
Since 2012, we have offered international skilled professionals with a university degree the opportunity to gain professional experience at renowned hospitals and day-care centers in Germany as part of our program. In addition, as part of our nursing training program, we are committed to promoting young talent among foreign Nursing apprentices.
